Equiseti herba, Equisetum arvense L., Equisetaceae    50g

Usage
One tablespoon of tea shed with about 200 ml of boiling water and let it stand for 15  minutes in the covered pan and then strain.

Storage
Close paper bag with tea after each use. Keep it on dark and dry place.
