Hawthorn berry
Hawthorn berry (Crategus laevigata (POIRET) DC., Rosaceae) contains flavonoids and oligomeric procyanidin, hyperosid, vitexin rhamnosid and other supstances in small amounts. This pharmacognostical drug is usually used as a cardiotonic, coronary remedie, antihipertonic, arteriosclerosis remedie and tonic.
Valerian
Valerian root (Valeriana officinalis L., Valerianaceae) contains bornyl acetate as main compound but other sesquiterpenes are also present. Valerenic and acetoxyvalerenic acids are characteristic constituents of the official drug. German Commission E approved the use of Valerian root for treatment of restlessness and disturbance of sleep.
Marigold
Marigold (Calendulae officinalis L., Asteraceae) contains different compounds such as menthone, isomenthone, γ–terpinene, α–muurolene, δ–cadinene caryophyllene, pedunculatine and other similar compounds. German Commission E approved the use of marigold for external and internal usage. Internally marigold can be used for inflammatory changes in the mucous membranes of the mouth and throat. Externally marigold is used for wound healing and other similar skin problems.

Dosage and administration
Herbifit drops Nº3 is product intended for only adults. It is recommended to take 3 times a day 20–30 drops with small amount of water or on the sugar cube.
