Nettle filter tea with lemon flavor
Features and purpose:

Nettle is rich in minerals (especially iron) and vitamins A, C, K. Nettle is used as a folk medicine, but also as a preventative and food. Freshly squeezed juice is used, prepared as tea, stew or soup. It contributes to the renewal of red blood cells, calms the nerves, helps with rheumatic complaints, aphthae, inflamed gums and tonsils.

Pour 2 dl of boiling water over the filter bag and cover. After 5-10 minutes, remove the filter bag and enjoy the natural taste. Sweeten as desired.
