Willow tea is often used to improve prostate and urinary system health. Willow is thought to have a mild diuretic effect and can help stimulate urination and reduce symptoms associated with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).

Pour 2 teaspoons of willow with 1.5 dl of boiling water and leave covered for 10 minutes, strain and drink in slow sips unsweetened.
