Medifit drops with propolis are dietetic product a dietary supplement intended for vitality and immunity boost. This product is used for treatment of cold and flu, and also in bacterial infections of the upper respiratory tract, such as sinusitis, increased secretion of nasal mucous membranes, and as an immunostimuator.

Propolis
Propolis is a natural apian product. Propolis or bee glue is a resinous mixture that honey bees collect from tree buds, sap flows, or other botanical sources. It is used as a sealant for unwanted open spaces in the hive. Propolis is a product that has been subject in numerous studies and results shows that propolis have activity against bacteria, fungi and viruses, and also acts as an antioxidant, and has a local anesthetic activity. It is used to treat inflammatory processes in the mouth and throat, such as herpes, also in paradentosis and paradentopathy. This product is used to alleviate problems of the gastrointestinal tract such as gastritis and colitis. Propolis is used in the prevention of inflammatory conditions of the ear, throat, nose, mouth, upper respiratory tract, for raising resistance of the body. Propolis can be used as a defense against bacterial infections, before patients start with antibiotic therapy. The main cause of the cold and flue are viruses not bacteria that’s why is better to use propolis because it has an antiviral effect.

Composition
Medifit drops with propolis contains 10% of dry propolis diluted in alcohol.

Dosage and administration
For immunity and vitality boost it is recommended to drink 10–15 Medifit drops with propolis, in glass of water or on the sugar cube. With inflammation ofmucous membranes of the colon it is recommended to drink 20–40 drops with lukewarm water 1 hour before meal. With inflammation of mucous membranes in the mouth and tongue, which may occur due to infection or trauma or food allergy ora lack ofvitamin B and niacin, in sometypesof anemiaanddiabetes it is recommended to rinse a mouth 4–5 times a day with solution that is made with 10–15 Medifit drops with propolis in warm water. In cases of the painful and difficult swallowing it is recommended to use this solution few times a day.
