Method of application
Twice a day, 15 to 20 minutes before meals, drink 3 ml of turkey oil (3 ml = 1 teaspoon or half a teaspoon), and then immediately drink half a glass of water or tea in which a spoonful of honey has been dissolved. For external use, apply oil to the affected area several times a day.
