Tea 2 – Chamomile flower a 40 g

 

Composition
Chamomile flower (Chamomillae flos)    40 g

Features and function
Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla L., Asteraceae) is a hardy weed aromatic plant. Ancient Greeks and Romans and used as a beverage and for the lining. Due to high demand today is widely grown and expanded all over the world. The infusion of flower heads is used for pain and cramps in the stomach, constipation, and for sedation and refreshment. Chamomile is used to soothe inflammation of the skin and mucous membranes.

Usage
One tablespoon of tea shed with about 200 ml of boiling water, stir, let it stand in the covered pan and then strain.

Storage
Close paper bag with tea after each use. Keep it on dark and dry place.
