Composition
Urticae radix, Urtica dioica L., Urticaceae    50g

Usage
One tablespoon of tea shed with about 200 ml of boiling water, stir, let it stand for 10  minutes in the covered pan and then strain.

Storage
Close paper bag with tea after each use. Keep it on dark and dry place.
