Features and function
Hemorekta cream is product intended to relieve the hemorrhoid symptoms. It is designed to relieve the symptoms such as pain, burning, itching, which are usually the result of varices and inflammation in the anal and rectal area.

Witch hazel fluid extract (Hamamelidis extractum fluidum)
Because of its active ingredients such as tannins, catechins, galotanini and others, witch hazel extract has a very strong astringent, antibacterial, regenerative, anti–inflammatory activity, and also reduces redness, hives, itching swelling, and peeling of the skin.

Horse chestnut extract (Aesculus hyppocastanum extractum fluidum)
Horse chestnut extract contains substances that are usually collectively called Aescin. It contains substances that are usually collectively called Aescin. Aescin is composed of α-Aescin, β-Aescin and kryptoaescin. All three components are different by their characteristics and pharmacological action. Horse chestnut extract has anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic activity.

St. John’s wort oil
St. John's wort oil has long been known as a medicinal. It contains a variety of active components such as hypericin, pseudohypericin, hyperforin, adhyperforin, flavonoids, catechin tannin, and other active ingredients in small amounts. St. John's wort oil has anti-inflammatory action and helps the epithelisation of the skin, which greatly helps with hemorrhoids because it acts on the epithelium of vascular system as well as the mucous membranes of the rectum.

Composition
Hemorecta cream contains liquid Horse chestnut extract, Witch hazel extract, St. John's wort oil, propolis extract, bismuth subgallate, zinc oxide, menthol, emulsifying cetylstearyl alcohol, lanolin, petrolatum, oleyl acetate, methyl hydroxybenzoate and purified water.

Dosage and administration
Hemorekta cream is used topically in thin layer on clean anal surface. In acute conditions Hemorecta cream is applied in morning and evening. In chronic conditions Hemorecta cream is used rectally with attached applicator.
