Ventosan oil

Reliable everyday support for normal breathing

Ventosan oil is used in acute inflammations of the respiratory tract when airway patency is reduced. Difficult breathing and nasal congestion are among the first signs of colds and flu. Inhalation of Ventosan oil through the nostrils helps improve the condition. In case of headache, one to two drops of Ventosan oil may be gently rubbed onto the temples.
Ventosan oil is not recommended for use in infants, children under two years of age, pregnant women, or breastfeeding mothers.
Ventosan oil must not be used by patients suffering from bronchial asthma or whooping cough.

Open the bottle of Ventosan oil and hold it below the nose, inhaling several times through the nostrils. It may also be used by placing one to two drops on a fingertip or a paper tissue and holding it under the nose to inhale, or by adding three to four drops to one liter of boiling water and inhaling the vapors for 5–10 minutes.

A blend of essential oils (Eucalypti aetheroleum, Terebinthini aetheroleum, Menthae piperitae aetheroleum, Thymi aetheroleum, Cedri aetheroleum), camphor (Camphora), and menthol (Mentholum).
